False Discounts !!

I clicked on the text that stated "This Labor Day $10 off +25% off & kicks up to 50% off!!" It does not work...!!! They add shipping cost and they Do NOT honor $10 off when I called. False discounts advertised...!! T.L. Sacramento CA

Don't buy from this company!

I tried to return a pair of shoes and was told to use the box they came in. Trouble is, the box was damaged before I ever received it. I had to purchase a new box (after paying their already ridiculous $6 restocking fee) and now they refuse to reimburse me for their negligence! Totally unacceptable business practices! I will never buy from them again and neither should you!

Don't buy from this company!!!

I tried to return a pair of shoes and was told to use the box they came in to mail them back. I read all the reviews on Shoe Carnival…

I read all the reviews on Shoe Carnival before buying my shoes. I decided since they were not good at all I would look for the shoes else where but could not find the exact ones so I decided to take a chance. I received my shoes in 3-4 business days and they fit perfect. I am very happy and glad all worked out. :)

Poor customer service

I ordered 6 pair of shoes on line for my grand kids in Alaska. When ordering we called customer service to make we did everything right we were told to 34.95 extra for over night mail. We explained that they are going to Alaska what would the ti. E fram be she stated just a few days the order was placed on 8/9/2022 well by 8/16/2022 no shoes no tracking info after several phone calls we found out that there is no overnight to Ak so shouldn't of been charged the 34.95 but there is a 10 surcharge to Ak so they refunded $15 5 pair of shoes arrived on the 24th and the 6 the pair never arrived and the customer service was no help what so ever I will never order thru them again

Customer service

I bought a pair of shoes for my son. The same day I ordered them I realize they were the wrong size so I try to change the order or to even cancel the order so I can re-order properly on the same day literally an hour or two after I put the order in. I called customer service and they told me that I have to call back in 15 minutes so that the order could go to and they could cancel it. I called back an hour later and they said it was too late that the order was already packed and being ready to ship. I was upset as these were a gift for my son but the order said it was coming within three days. The order I received was the socks that I ordered with the shoes the shoes did not come. Now I am still waiting for my shoes and it is already Four days after I have already received the socks. Very poor customer service guy will never buy shoes from here again. So if you read this I am telling you do not order the shoes from here you're better off ordering it from anywhere else. Thank you for reading I hope this helps.

Two completely different shoes!

I waited 10 days for a pair of shoes that I ordered online at Shoe Carnival! When I finally received them there were two different shoes! When I called customer service they told me I had to email customer service attaching a picture of the two different shoes. I did that. I got an email back saying they were going to send me a shipping label to return the shoes. Never got the shipping label. Called back. The customer service lady said she was going to send me another shipping label. Never got that one. So I guess I have to make the trip to the store if I want to return the shoes and get my money back. I'm so dissatisfied with this online store that I will never ever ever shop here again. I suggest that you don't either, as their customer service seems like they have no training. The representative would just text someone else in a chat box and then get back to me. So unprofessional! Stay away. Unless you like headaches.

Sizing off and so was my bank account!

Told me my bank was wrong or I was lying because they could not possibly be mistaken... and then the corporate contact? Got the feeling they were besties... AND the shoes suck. Got my bank account straightened out after numerous calls. I know they couldn't care less but NEVER AGAIN!
